Good Breakfast buffet style. Room services/cleanliness is excellent. Lobby is spacious and they drop/pickup from airport efficiently. Overall a good experience. Dinner buffet available. 3 different restaurants so no difficulty in finding your choice of north/south indian food. reservation should be confirmed beforehand as it is a busy hotel. location is near city centre.

The stay is good. Initial impression about customer care was not good. Had raised a few complaints on the first day of our stay. However, from the second day, we got royal treatment. Restaurants and coffee shops need to have more variety. However, breakfast was good. Foamed filter coffee is excellent. It is a must try for filter coffee lovers

Go to the Restaurants in this Hotel with no expectations. The food would be late & cold - without any accompaniments which would come along in another few minutes by which time you are too upset to eat cold food... Poor customer service - oops - they dont know what "customer service" is actually so.....

I stayed here for 5 days for attending a conference.Breakfast was good ,veg tali was an average service is also not to the extent that the reputation the hotel had.room service was good.bed was comfortable with good a/c .LCD tv was good but not having all channels. Provided free wifi but was not speed enough.
