Isolated place, nearby no restaurants, room service personnel are not good. For 18 Rupees product at outside, they taken 30 Rupees. Not Fair enough. Who has given 2 star to this. Please dont prefer this hotel & dont allow in Clear Trip in future.

Very good experience in KVP Residency is very nice hotel in Tirupati.Visited Tirupati in April 2013.The rooms, bathrooms & hotel is clean, staffs are courteous. Hotel is near railway station and bus stop.Do booking in advance as there is heavy rush.Overall KVP is ok for 2 or 3 days stay.
