Whilst the location of the Hotel is convenient, the hotel badly needs renovation and upgradation of the interiors . the overall food and culinary experience had been good. more

'Taj Deccan' formerly known as Taj Residency in one of the best Taj property I have stayed so far. To start with the reception is very friendly, staff is wonderful and non disturbing. I've stayed at both the Taj Residency and Taj Krishna. The Krishna is definitely better---much better facilities all around. The Residency is across the street and only has limited facilities; it is a business-type hotel and not so good if you like to luxuriate in all the beautiful restaurants and such that you'd find at the Krishna.
