At the outset, the location of the Hotel is superb... You get a very warm welcome at the reception.. The warmth of the "tilak" and the fragnance of lovely garland gives you that special feeling..which ones likes to get in a 5 star hotel... The hotel is magnificent and I have never experienced such incredible service before. It was so lovely that it was hard to adjust at some other hotel in Hyderabad after that, though the hotel is most of the times sold out during peak seasons. The room was nicely appointed, but had a strong mildew odor. Eventually figured out this came from the air conditioning, and it seemed to be a common problem throughout the hotel.
