The hotel needs to improve it's standards and update its rooms Food very poor choice and very limited as to what you could have . Pool was the best feature of the hotel .Staff did their best . The hotel need a major revamp in every way from the rooms to the food more variaty and more to choose from.

After reading the reviews on here we were a bit concerned by the negative ones, however, the food was wonderful, the pool lovely, the staff are really really great nothing is too much trouble, yes the food is basic but very very good and is cooked fresh every day I found the soup particularly good, the chef in my opinion... I have travelled to several african countries so was not expecting a five star hotel what i got was a basic and very clean bungalow but what made a big difference was the staff. they were polite and very helpful. We have just returned from this hotel and were on an all inclusive basis. We arrived late and the reception staff were very friendly. Then we got to our room only to find we had to pay to have a ceiling fan on. Pool area nice but lacking atmosphere. If you are all in you have to go to bar... More

We stayed here just before new year for two weeks our 1st time in Gambia and didn't expect too much. Everything is extra, safe, fan and £5 per day for a fridge that's £75 for two weeks only... More

Parc with nice hotel bungalows. AC bungalows are nicer than the Van bungalows. We had B&B but there are enough restaurants outside the resort or 5 minutes taxi drive to Kololi or Bijilo Beach. Take a chauffeur/guide for excursions. I recommend Bakery (Bax) at 00220 7081802 or ceesaybakary98@yahoo.com. Better and cheaper than travel company’s excursions.

We stayed for a week from 28th December to beginning of January, we werent expecting luxury and to be honest I was quite anxious on what the hotel and area would be like, I will say I was very pleasantly surprised, rooms were basic but clean and nice enough, room was cleaned every day, we never left windows or patio...
