This is a wonderful, relaxing, friendly resort. It is in a magical location with a panoramic view of Cooks Bay and the dramatic mountains. The rooms are comfortable and along traditional lines. Life in the overwater bungalows is an exceptional experience. We also appreciated the amenities, especially the kayaks. The staff are wonderful and did everything to make our stay outstanding.

Stayed at Club Bali Hai Hotel two times for a total of three nights on first trip to French Polynesia. Hella was very responsive to our emails about reservations and everything was handled very efficiently. Her daughters who run the front desk were helpful as well. The "Club" part of the name is appropriate because the buildings feel more like... More

Over the water bungalow was fabulous and the view was amazing. Clean rooms, great location, beautiful everywhere you look. the attached restaurant is run independently and is fine for a burger and beer. but food is very expensive there. The grocery store is walking distance as are good restaurants. Allo pizza delivers and is good food. Rooms are similar to... More

Stayed there for 2 weeks. We were in a 1-Br, over-water bungalow. Enjoyed the bakery across the street and the Chinese Restaurant down the road. Rented a motorbike and toured the island. Scuba diving was fantastic. The island people were wonderful. Did a day trip over to Papeete on the ferry.

First let me start by saying that this is where you want to stay if you want the real flavor of this island. Each time I have been there the rooms have been clean, the staff has been great, and the grounds are well kept. Albert's tours is probably the best buy on excursions on the island and they are... Great location with inexpensive, but dated accommodations. This is one of the absolute BEST locations on Cook's Bay on the island of Mo'orea in Tahiti. You can't beat the views, the water is usually crystal clear except after a big storm and it is where most of the tours and other attractions stop off or is the starting point. The... More

My partner and I stayed in a bay view studio room for 7 days at Club Bali Hai. Reading many reviews on Trip Advisor we were quite wary of the accommodation when we first arrived, but we were pleasantly surprised! Didn't see a single cockroach and rarely saw ants and when we did they were tiny compared to home! Although... More

This hotel may have the most beautiful view we've ever seen. Look right, see the Pacific Ocean, look left and the bay is framed by gorgeous mountains. The bar area is breathtaking. All you have to do is walk to the railing and look down and you will see colorful fish in great quantity and variety. This hidden gem is... More

Cooks bay presented us with the most sensational view in the world, amazing to wake up to everyday. Friendly staff, great entertainment and comfortable rooms. Don't expect luxury, but who needs it in a place like this?Car hire nearby and a few great restaurants close by, We had a very romantic and peaceful stay.
