We lost my future mother-in-law to a very aggessive cancer but we will always remember how much she enjoyed staying at the Inn. We stayed there in late October and while we were among only four or five guests at the hotel for the weekend, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were the only guests there staying Sunday night and... More

Abiquiu is another small town with not a lot of options when it comes to lodging, but you'll definitely feel like you're staying some place special at the Abiquiu Inn. Homey clean room with lots of lovely southwest touches, along with a comfortable bed, free wifi, and a gas kiva fireplace. In addition, the staff was friendly and efficient. I... More

My wife love this area of New Mexico for a number of reasons. Abiquiu Inn is now another reason to add to the list. I'm not sure when the inn was built but it feels like it must have been around from the beginning. The whole place has the feeling of being a peaceful, restful place that people have been... More

My husband and I took our first trip to the Abiquiu Inn in December, it won't be our last. We stayed in room 11, which turned out to be a handicap accessible room with a huge no-step shower. I would have preferred a bathtub after a long day of travel, but if showers are your preference, book room 11. The... More

Abiqui Inn Had a great stay at the Abiquiu Inn on the weekend after Christmas. It is a beautiful area of northern New Mexico, far from the maddening crowd. Be sure to see Georgia O’Keefe’s favorite haunts while you are there. Pros of the Inn Very clean and comfy. Friendly, efficient staff. They have rooms, suites and casitas which have... More

Maybe you've had that fantasy about owning your own small Inn somewhere truly beautiful. Shuck the cubicle and move to the country, meet new people, enjoy a quiet life. You could do a lot worse than the Abiquiu Inn. We've stayed here a couple of times, most recently over Christmas to visit nearby relatives. On both occasions, I must admit... More

Have driven by many times and eaten in the restaurant before but finally decided to stay here. Nice, basic suite of the Red Mesa group (suite here meaning a sitting area at one end of a longish room, with a separate sink area and bathroom, nice kiva fireplace and tiny frig and ledge for small, one cup coffee maker). Room... More

We have only been here one night but after moving ourselves with the easy assistance of the staff to #17 casita, had to sing praises. The Casita is roomy, beautiful and very comfortable. Perfectly suits our travel program of eating, resting, driving into Santa Fe and Ojo Caliente and bringing our dog along. Everywhere the eye looks is lovely and... More

If you're traveling to Northern New Mexico, the Abuquiui Inn is the place to stay. The hotel is quaint and has all the features of an old hacienda with vigas on the ceiling, tile floors, a gas kiva fireplace, and decor that is fitting for New Mexico. They also had biscochitos, the official NM cookie, in the room that were... More

After visiting Ghost Ranch 2 years ago I had a chance to bring my husband to northern New Mexico for a look around. The Abuquiu Inn was a perfect headquarters location. Built in the style of the American southwest, the place is adobe with big ceiling beams, many fireplaces and lots of windows for gazing at the amazing landscape. Snow... More
