One of my favorite dinner places in Abiquiu! The Corn Cakes Napoleon are the best way to start your meal. For my meal, I enjoyed the Rellenos & (mushroom) Enchilada meal with green sauce. SO good! I wish I had room for dessert but I was stuffed!

Visiting O'Keeffe Museum in Santa Fe is an easy task. Going to see the place where she painted for years and finally settled down for the rest of her long life is a different matter. You have to drive over fifty miles until you reach the charming country side with red and gray stones and monument-like rocks sticking out of... More

We went to Abiqui because several friends told us it was magical! It was! Ghost Ranch is a 20 min drive and a landmark "must go to" place. 21,000 acres of heaven. Come back to the Abiqui Inn for a delicious meal and rest among the cottonwood trees! Very helpful staff! Our tour for the O'Keefe home tour went all... More

Hello Kathleen, I am glad you enjoyed your visit to Abiquiu! It truly is a hidden magical gem! Sounds like another trip in needed to see O'Keefe's Home & Studio, run by the O'Keefe Museum. There are several days of day trips, but you did hit the best at Ghost Ranch! Thanks for staying and we hope to see you... More

Eating at the Abiquiu Inn on Sunday reminded me of several previous stays there over the years. The closest inn to Ghost Ranch as well as the closest restaurant (if you don't count Bode's Gas and Groceries which serves a mean green chile cheeseburger and a good selection of snacks and beverages and odds and ends), Abiquiu Inn offers some... Hello Joy, Thank you for the review. We are celebrating 10 years of managing the Inn after purchasing it from Dar Al Islam. The Inn was centered around serving the visitors of the Mosque 10 years ago and since has transitioned into a destination retreat for artists and explorers seeking adventure and culture in Northern New Mexico. We have a... More

Our large room, #15, had a kitchen, living area with fireplace, comfortable bed, nice sized bathroom and a screened porch overlooking a field populated with ducks, peepers, birds and an occasional horse. It was relaxing and comfy. This was our third stay at Abiquiu Inn but not our most auspicious. The first night was chilly but we couldn’t get any... More

I am glad you enjoyed the room and peace of Abiquiu. I am sorry for your experience with the Heat. I have since trained my staff on the proper explanation of those baseboard heaters. They are not electric but forced hot water. As they had not been used for some time the system needed to push the cold water out,... More

Amazing food! Nice staff! Went to Santa Fe and went shopping. My boys really enjoyed the hot springs. Great way to unplug for the entire family. Really quaint town. The rooms were very nice, even the shampoo and lotion! lol

We loved staying at the Abiquiu Inn! (Once we learned how to say it!!) We stayed in one of the casitas for a few days and the room was very large with a huge beautiful fireplace! The bed was very comfortable and luxurious, we also had a small refrigerator in our room to store our snacks. The food in the... More

A wonderful little inn! We stayed in the Chama Vista Casitas and couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. It was peaceful, quiet and relaxing. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the whole place is pet friendly (many other so-called dog-friendly places are only partially tolerant). We definitely plan to stay there again!

First let me say that I love this Inn and it location and would definitely come back. First the pluses. Location, location, location. I was taking a class at Ghost Ranc and needed a place to stay where I could cook my own meals. I stayed in room 15. It was a king suite in a casita. It was back off... More

Thank you for your king words and suggested improvements. The Chama Vista Casitas are great for extended stays. We are working on some of the items you mentioned currently and will look into your suggestion on the tubs. Thanks again for choosing Abiquiu Inn, we hope to see you next year. Please do reach out to me personally when rebooking.... More

My wife and I had always wanted to try this place, as we frequently drive past the Inn. The original Inn seemed quaint, and the Georgia O'Keefe artist's residence, now a museum, is right here. The room furnishings, especially the worn out bed, are in need of replacement. It was a long night for both of us. Lots of potential,... More
