This resort is truly a Fijian resort, with the Bures and ceremonies all making you feel like you are part of the Fijian culture. The Fijian people are just amazing, so friendly and welcoming. I took a trip across to the resorts private island which would be one of the many highlights of my stay. The management and staff make... More

The first thing I am doing when I return to Australia, is to work out when I can come back. JMC is a true holiday island experience. Staying true to their vision, this is an Eco resort not an over the top luxury resort per se. Only 24 understated bures makes you feel like you are in a true Island... More

Our daughter found this fabulous resort where we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. Lots to do, excellent snorkelling opportunities, particularly because Johnny the resident marine biologist was able to show us so many interesting sea creatures. Food was yum - we brought back extra kilos as a memory! Our oceanfront Bure was comfortable and and quiet. Our daughter loved the... More

My partner and I had been staying in a villa a few minutes down the road from the resort. We hired a car and thought we would check out the resort for any future potential stays in Savusavu. We approached the resort by foot along the beach from a car park outside the resort. We had no intention of using... More

Loved it. Is that my review done? We had high hopes for JMC Resort and they were met. We only have one suggestion, however will come to that later. So, the good, bad and ugly. The good: - Decent size room (split level single) big enough for four people - Laid back service - Extremely friendly with special call out... More

We can't speak highly enough of this resort - our second time staying at JMC and we loved it again for all the same reasons. The warmth of the people is so wonderful, they do everything to make sure you have a truly relaxing and awesome holiday. We stayed 12 nights, and were sad to leave at the end. We... More

Very clean resort, the food (all included) was so good I'm sure I put on 2 extra kg . I love the way the Bulla club (for kids ) was separated from the adult area , no kids running around and screaming when I'm trying to relax . Easy to see a local village life and not get hassled to... More

We travelled in May 2015 with a 2 and 4 year old. We travelled from Sydney without stopping overnight in Nadi. My tip for anyone doing that who is traveling from colder climes is to bring some cooler clothing in hand luggage to change into during the layover in Nadi, as the second plane flight is not air-conditioned. Also bring... More

This place is amazing - we stayed with our large family group of adults and four kids under four. The staff were lovely - whether it was in the restaurant, the activity and water sports teams or the nannies and buddies, they all worked so hard to give us a good time, and genuinely seemed to worry about whether we...
