Stayed in this hotel with husband and another couple in February 2015. Parking was a bit of a problem as most of the spaces were taken up with hire cars which the hotel rents out. Bedroom was quite comfortable with an ensuite. We had dinner in the hotel and it was OK. Breakfast was not much to praise - I... More

Stayed there for 3 nights. The service was alright for me in terms of room service, breakfast menus, etc. Quite enjoyed my 3 nights there. Would like to raise a concern on the kitchen materials in the room, esp the electric kettle. It needs to be changed as it is of health hazard.

Hotel is on the Main Street in Labasa, I stayed above the "Lunch box" fried chicken restaurant and the Room stank of fried chicken and chips... Room was furnished functionally with a small double and a single bed. Poor signal on TV and wifi which I paid for would not work on any of my devices. Only 3fjd for 250... More

The new Northpole is a good hotel. It is not on par with good hotels in terms of customer service, choice of food, linen, etc but would be the best place to stay in Labasa. The food was not upto the mark.

I stayed in the "new" Northpole Hotel, which is down the street from the older one. The room quality was very good, with new furniture, fixtures and with nice amenities (LED TV, mini fridge, hangers for clothes, tea/coffee facilities, bathroom soaps and shampoos, etc). It's very centrally located in Labasa town as well, which is handy for business travelers. The... More

Northpole has always been our “home” when we visit relatives in the friendly town of Labasa. We booked a room and rental package and made prior arrangements to be picked at Waiqele Airport. When we arrived at the airport, there was no rental vehicle and contacting the hotel was very difficult with no response because of the festive season. We... More

Really good rooms. Enjoyed my stay. Lunchbox restaurant downstairs and opens till 10pm. Right in the town and walking distance to shops, local market and 10 minutes drive to the airport. Friendly staff.

My wife & I stayed 4 days at Northpole Hotel & found it to be very good value. It's worth noting that there are in fact 2 blocks. We stayed in the more basic but recently renovated Block A, but saw that the brand new Block B is closer to luxury standard. Even in the smaller rooms in Block A,... More

We were welcomed with a smile by all (receptionists and manager/owner) as if we were in their home. Rooms are new, clean and simple with branded coffee/tea supplies and own branded bathroom supplies. Great central town location. Although it wasn't a problem for us the stairs could prove difficult for some. However, reception are always happy to bring the suitcases... More
