The hotel is right on main street Labasa. We booked the same day and arrived late at night. The receptionist was expecting us, and she was pleasant and very accommodating. Although we arrived unannounced and rather late (it was almost 7pm) - the manager on duty was really polite and so accommodating. He gave us two rooms and we were really amazed with the state of the rooms, given the price we had been charged. Started career in Labasa 13 years ago and the developments are progressing. Although cane season can be annoying but thats the main source of income for people in Vanua Levu. On the ceiling of the bar someone has glued two pool tables upside down, complete with balls spread across the green baize, and cues ready to play.
