1st -15th November 2009. We booked this hotel having read all the reviews, and we were certainly NOT dissapointed. stayed here nearly a week, everyday I have to experience something unpleasant from this 5 star resort... I stayed at this hotel with my daughter at the end of our holiday. After the hustle and bustle of Cairo, this was a very relaxing hotel. After spending hours reading reviews left by others i couldnt decide where to stay. Took a gamble and stay here for 7 nights and loved it!!!! Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and food is fantastic. Cannot understand why so many others left bad reviews. more

We stayed there for 10 days, excellent stay we had. The room, food, was perfect. Service the best as well. If any problems management was great and fast to sort out f.e. we had flight back at 22.00 but check out is at 14.00 there was no problem to stay longer.
