From the time we arrived the problems started as there seemed to be no booking for us. After this we had to do non stop complaining and moaning along with all the other English families. We were told this resort was a 5* and wasn't quite that but was pleasant. The complex was overrun with italians and they were a bit ignorant. Food was ok, good selection, themed each night.
