Went to Sharm for some winter Sunshine. Hotel itself was a fairly standard affair..........not the best I've stayed at, and nor was it the worst. Rooms were clean but basic. Food was Ok if a little repetitive. Nice swimming pools and gardens. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel had mostly Danish guests staying there with a few Brits as... More

Room dreadful no hot water, ground floor balcony doors unable to secure, TV half picture, fridge noise similar to tractor running in bedroom all night, shower no hot water electricity kept tripping out, toilet running constantly. Restaurant food could improve, wine served in restaurant extremely poor quality, coffee also from very weak to acceptable, no room tea making facilities. That... More

This place is really good. Very nice rooms. Huge pools, although the pools could have been warmer. Nice food. We had full board with just enough variation for a week. But what really stands out is the very nice and friendly staff. And the coral reef at the hotel "beach" is as good for snorkeling as most reefs you will... More

I had to check out of this hotel only after 3 nights, they are lizards in the rooms and even mosquitoes, the staff are so rude and everything is so disorganized, the variety of food is very limited and the food is always cold. the service is overall horrible. would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I admit we had reservations as there was trouble over there but that didn't affect our trip at all. the hotel was lovely, basic but clean. we got an upgrade which meant that the... More

Stayed for 11 nights end of July. Staff were so lovely. I am a vegetarian and one of the chefs (Ashov) walked with me each meal time to tell me what was and was not suitable. If nothing I liked he made me something! Mohamed the manager spoke with us each day to make sure all was ok. If not... More

Before we went to this hotel, we read lots of reviews, we were blown away by some of the comments we read. When we arrived we had missed meal times, I was very impressed when we walked into our room and a buffet style meal had been provided for us. previous reviews say how friendly and accommodating the staff were, we... Perfect place for 2 friends to soak up some sun! Safe, quite and clean! Brilliant pools, delicious food and heavenly massages! Perfect location as not in noisy Naama Bay, but within short taxi drive to all attractions and our favorite bar. Only recommendation would be to book any tours opposite in Il Mecato as we ended up paying £60 more... More
