Sitting by the pool was similar to the arrival/depature lounge of an airport, Constant stream of suitcases and tours for prospective customers. Dining room like college canteen. Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 7nights, the hotel was very nice, clean tidy and lovely friendly staff, very spacious room, we had a bungalow right beside the pool, and it was cleaned everyday, with fresh sheets and towels. First time in Egypt, Superb hotel catering for families. Would put guest ratio as 40% Italian, 20% UK, 20% German and 20% E.Europe. Always at a loss for choice of food, now on a diet. The Hotel was clean until you came to leaving your stay when after vacating the room if you are leaving on an evening flight, then the room that you are put in is disgusting and is full of staff clothes and was terrible to even have a shower in. The waiters are friendly when you politely ask for your drinks.... more

We arrived at Sharm Airport to be told that the hotel was overbooked - even though we had booked 5 months previously.
