This is not a good hotel. I had booked for 3 adults in a run of the house room but on arrival we were shown to a small upstairs room consisting of 2 single beds and a clilds mattress on the window sill. The bed sheets were filthy air con leaked and the room was dirty. To be fair our... More

This is the second time I have done a all inclusive holiday in Egypt but the first time I have stayed at Badawia. This was without question worst place I have ever stayed. As we entered the reception on the first night to check in another gusts said to us "welcome to hell" laughed and walked off. I thought to... More

I appreciate what other reviews are saying about the Badawia being 'what you make it', however, if you pay for an all inclusive holiday with a hotel that boasts having lots of facilities, that what you expect to get. However, on my recent holiday to this hotel I was extremely disappointed. The rooms were very dirty, there was hardly any... More

Any requests you have they deal with, at 7 months pregnant the staff were quick to make sure every day i was ok and comfy etc..... this really... More

AUGUST 2014 this was our first visit to Egypt and how disgusted we were. from the minute we walked into reception we knew we had made a massive mistake. having to be shown to our room by the light off a mobile phone because the whole hotel was in darkness and this was not due to a power cut. Our... More

I had a lovely relaxing holiday which was much needed, yes maybe the hotel needs updating a little but it is nothing that spoils your holiday. My only gripe is that on a few occasions the hotel ran out of beer, for most this isn't an issue but I don't drink spirits so this forced us to go next door... More

Returned to this hotel earlier in the year, all the staff remembered us and welcomed us back as though we were one of the family. Again we had a decent room, basic but was cleaned daily, there was plenty to choose from in the restaurant, chicken, beef, fish etc. Its a 3 star hotel but as far as we were... More

3rd year in a row to the hotel that ticked all the boxes for us. Unfortunately, the few good points were outweighed by the bad!!! Rooms fine, basic but clean, good aircon. Pool has new matresses for sunloungers and the dangerous tiling has been replaced, though kids pool still has the dodgy tiles. Pool towels are rags, faded, threadbare and... More
