5 star you must be joking,drinks in cardboard cups,3 days to get the right room,90% of the workers fed up and not interested,went for my 65 birthday ,the worst i have ever spent,oh the private beach a joke. more
we had a great time in naama heights, the room ware clean the food was good, every day cleaning rooms, the hotel people ware great. there is a swimming pool and a aquapark for the childeren you can play pool there are schops in the hotel. There is a bus that bring you to the beach its vijf minits drive.and... more
Do not book this hotel, it is not a five star, barely a two star, food is terrible we ate out 5 out of 8 days we stayed before cutting our losses and coming home early. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK ELSEWHERE more
The Naama Bay Hotel cant be faulted - the pool is great, whilst not on the beach, they do take you over there in a golf cart which is great and not an inconvenience, room service is fine, and breakfast is ok.
