This is a very large resort, we stayed at Aquamarine, the rooms were spacious and clean with views overlooking the pool and sea. The food was very good, not Al a Carte, but good, my daughter is vegetarian and my grandson is vegan, they had no problems and enjoyed , breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool we used was never... The problem with our holiday and expectations was half down to the hotel and half down to Thomas Cook. It was advertised as a "5* All Inclusive". It was a in reality a 3* and partially inclusive. This is NOT a hotel in its own right. This is PART of a complex along with 6 other 'hotels'. Egs. Within the... More

The first thing I would advise is the management of expectations. In May 2014 we (family, 2 adults 2 children aged 14 years [boy & girl]) decided that we would like to have a summer holiday, somewhere hot where we could relax and snorkel; friends, family and web research all suggested that the Red Sea was the place to go... We were worried when we read the bad reviews. Our experience of this hotel was good. From arrival to departure we cannot fault it. The staff in the resort are so helpful and pleasant. We ate at the Mastaba restaurant, the food is nice, there were no greedy, ignorant Russians in this restaurant, which is a bonus. Dining was enjoyable... More

Upon arrival at the hotel, the approachable staff took us to our room. This would be fantastic but the complex is huge and we were left to find the one and only restaurant available for us to dine in. This restaurant was The Coral which I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We persevered with this restaurant for a few meals... More

Upon arrival our bags were taken To our room for us and were very friendly. Check-in was a little bit unnecessary after such a long flight it took a while especially being so tired. Other than that it wasn't a problem. The resort is very nice and it's big the aquamarine restaurant isnt so nice. We complain and we then... More

We had to stay here for one night, because our flight was delayed for one night. Our previous hotel was amasing. After arriving at the airport we were told about our delay and took to this hotel. Reception was lovely, and i thought one night here will be good. Oh no. The bedroom that was about a ten min walk,... More
