We stayed for 7 nights.Choose the hotel for its location accross the road from the main namba bay strip and the hotel had mostly English quests Rooms were basic but clean. Pool areas were good. I've just returned from a week in the Ghazala Gardens. The entrance was beautiful with water fountains and wooden walkway into the hotel into a beautiful lobby. All glass doors onto the pool side. Stayed in Ghazala for one week in March this year, this was my fourth visit and all of the staff never cease to be fantastic. Thank you all for an excellent stay. The food range was very good with something to suit everyone at every meal. I look forward to staying again :-)

The place was really nice but there's no way it's a 4* hotel..... Every morning without fail the cleaners woke you up having a full blown conversation down the corridors.. Had a fantastic holiday, helped by friendly staff and animation team,particularly Tom.Rooms were kept spotless clean. Towels changed every day as well as bedding.Food very good. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. A relaxing atmosphere in the whole hotel.
