We stayed at the Ghazala gardens hotel for 2 weeks & the staff were absolutely brilliant! The hotel was clean, the food was lovely, especially in the Brazilian restaurant. we visited Naama bay a few times, there's lots of shisha bars there, would definately recommend Palm lounge, the young men that work there are so entertaining, really hard working and... Despite the negative reviews regarding staff, food, tipping, entertainment, cleanliness, hassle, airport scams and hand luggage thieves we proceeded with our trip to Ghazala Gardens. Upon arrival we were rushed through the airport, a no thank you worked well with the man who asked if I needed a visa. We had a private transfer booked with Sinai Safari and were... More

Stayed here 4 - 11 April. The grounds are beautiful, but the rooms are not: basic, ugly, poor fittings and not pleasant. But if you only sleep and shower there it doesn't bother you. Lots of mozzies. Food was nothing to write home about, but there was lots and you never went hungry, even at the beach you can use... More

Had a lovely stay here in April. The rooms as stated many times are dated, but very clean! I also agree with precious comments that the swim up rooms are not worth it-defo like caves! Check in was quick and bags came up 15mins later-no one waited for a tip. Room cleaner was fab, introduced himself on first day-and again... More

We stayed here for a week form the 2nd to the 9th of April. We had read the reviews prior to our stay and although there were some mixed reviews, we decided to make up our own minds and book anyway. We are very glad we did, The hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy, and granted, the rooms were a... More

We spent a week here in a junior suite with a pool view.....the pool came right up to our room, it was lovely. The staff were very friendly and the pool and man made beach were great. The buffet food was good but the 'book in' restaurants were better, you just have to book the night before to get in... More

Visited Ghazala Gardens between the 2nd and the 9th April 2015. Check in was painless bags bought to room about ten minutes after arrival. Room was more likely a two star rating rather than a four star. It looked drab and in dire need of a makeover, not very welcoming at all. Air con was good just what was needed... More
