We had this vacation for 10 days as a young couple with our friends couple as well in 2005 we had a direct chartered flight from Macedonia to Sharm El Sheikh, we were told that this hotel is only 3 stars however is 3+ which according to me should have 4. The rooms are spacious, with TV, fridge, safety boxes... more

A few hints and tips and general views of Sharm and of the Cleopatra hotel. The staff were simply amasing and made us feel so much at home that we were generally sad to leave. The hotel it self is pretty standard in apperence and almost has a rustic feel to it, which in its self was great. The food... more

Clean? Yes! The pool men are out at 7 a.m. and earlier making sure its in good shape for you to swim and play volleyball. The cleaners are into your room as soon as you are out, making it both clean and nice. I've never smiled so much at a 'simple' towel sculpture as my crocodile on the last day... more

Myself and my friends booked this hotel on the net and after reading numerous reviews we weren't sure what to expect. But went with a complete open mind. We were delighted with our choice, on arrival reception staff were lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were fine (not the ritz as someone else pointed out-but in fairness for young girls... more

I read the reviews for this hotel before I went and really panicked but got there and had a fantastic time. Pretty much you get what you pay for and what you make of your holiday! This is a bargain hotel holiday so don't expect the ritz, if you want better then put your short arms deeper in those long... more

This was a great hotel and amazingly priced. Cant understand why anyone would criticise it. It is not a huge anonymous luxury hotel but small, clean and friendly. I had the best pedicure and facial ever in my life from Mokhtar at the Hair Salon, and a great massage at the Hammam also in the hotel. Mustapha who cleaned the... more

I have just returned from a 5 day last minute break at the Cleopatra. I had read all the negative reviews and was expecting the worst! However, I found that although it's certainly NOT 4* (and the Tsokkos website itself describes it as 3*, the English lady manager describes it as 2*!!) it is really perfectly adequate if you are... more

First off, I’m one of those peoples that read hundreds of reviews before I go to any hotel and the Cleopatra was not any different. I’ll try to keep this review simple and not too long, as I often got put off by long reviews. On arrival the staff at main reception were fine and apart from one idiot behind... more

We booked up for this hotel for 2 weeks in a last minute deal with Hays, there was little choice in accommodation and this was a great deal. We then read the reviews and started worrying! My girlfriend was worried sick and we even phoned to look into cancellation / relocation costs. In the end Hays reassured us that it... more
