our first time in egypt and was pleasently surprised. having read the reviews we were concerned but need not have worried. rooms were clean. pools were nice. staff were great. cleaning going on all the time. if you had a problem see the guest reletions desk very helpful and efficient. no need to take any towels supplied buy the hotel... more

well we did book this hotel but as soon as we got there we were told to look at a list our names were not on it so guess what,we were to be moved upgraded they said so was eight other people,apparently this is what they do,so if you want this hotel i would nt say it was written in... more

This was by far the worst holiday we have ever had.The staff were not at all friendly, the only one we found to be ok was the cleaner. The food was horrible, im sure prison food would taste better, in fact i only ate in the resturant 3 times the rest of the time we ate out, you could walk... more

First impressions of this hotel was very good, spacious accomodation and a very warm welcome by staff. This hotel is more like a 4 star than a 5. The location is good and the snorkelling from the sister hotel (5mins walk) is amazing! this is truley the worst place to stay, all drinks in plasic cups even in the bar. they run out of things all the time like vodka, sprite, cola. the food is the worst i have ever had at an all inclusive. Mc Donalds deliver! more
