This hotel is great value for the money that we paid, we found most of the staff friendly, the reception staff, the waiters (who work very very hard with little time off) the cleaners (the towel art was brilliant) even the gardeners! But the entertainmant was a complete joke, most of which took place in the Wolf Tent where you... more

Hotel is billed as a 4* however I would say it's nowhere close to being a 4* hotel. More like 3*. As an all-inclusive hotel, the food was fine, even enjoyable in some instances, but the amount of choice wasn't great. Another annoying point was the fact that the keycard for our room stopped working EVERY day meaning a trip... more

I spent a week at this hotel in June with my Brother and enjoyed every minute of it. The room was clear and tidy and perfectly adequate. The breakfast and dinner were both lovely, plenty of choice and well cooked (I can't comment on lunch as we were diving every day so never had it). The pool areas were also... more

Overall our week was amazing. The staff done anything they could to help you. The cleaners were the friendliest people there, the room was always cleaned to perfection and they even left my boyfriend a birthday cake when we got back after a night in the town. We had a great room (5117) which was right next to the pool.... more

We absolutely loved this hotel, from walking in to leaving everything was fine. The staff were friendly, lovely towel art on your bed, really clean, free bus to the beach and Naama bay. There is a money changing facility in the hotel so you can take Sterling and then change it there, the exchange rate is better. There is also... more

Having read some varying reviews about this hotel we decided to go with an open mind. We had only paid £450 each for 2 weeks all inclusive so we didn't expect luxury. A short and concise roundup:- Good Points Good location for airport and beach/town centre, free shuttle buses etc Good rooms - one of the most comfortable beds I've... more

I stayed in the Amarante Garden Palms for 2 weeks from the 07th June 2009 with my girlfriend and our two friends. Before booking the hotel we looked at trip advisor and were impressed with the reviews, however in recent months the reviews were mixed and we got concerned. I can definately say the hotel is by no means as... more

We stayed in this hotel for a week from 13th June 2009 and it was very good. Rooms: We had rooms 5118 and 5114 which was lucky as these were ground floor by the quiet room. No problems with Sunbeds although the later you leave it you may not get one. Dont think the hotel was at full capacity either... more
