When I went to go and eat there are flies everywhere. i saw a dead fly in my food. They save the leftovers for tomorrow. The toilet is disgusting. There was a cockroach... More

Very tired looking place needs upgrading and a good repair team. Had real problems with my shower despite the chap coming twice to fix it. Although I booked as b&b I had the opportunity to buy lunch and dinner. Evening meals good choice and by the end of my 2 weeks the food was hot. Breakfast and lunch choices very... More

I have no idea why so many people complain after the holiday instead of during. We had a lovely time at the resort, yes on the first night the food was warm and after a word in the managers ear the food was hot for the duration, beer cold, rooms neat & tidy cleaned daily. The resort is a little... More

I would recommend you choose another hotel. Stained bed sheets, Stained Towels, No hot water in some rooms, Poor food, Cold food, Food that looks like yesterday's reheated EVERY DAY, Lack of glassware, Dirty toilets, Cracked tiles on the floor, on walls, everywhere. This place needs a major overhaul. The sole redeeming factor is that some of the staff attempt... More

My only hitch about this hotel is its in desperate need of an overall....and the staff need to be educated on hygiene...eg: food hygiene courses and cleaning.... the cleaner never stopped but never had the correct equipment to keep germs at bay, flicking cold water on all floors in the reception area, restaurant and outside areas then mopping over with... We stayed in this hotel for the New Year,2013-2014.We booked a room with a sea view, the sea is a five minute bus ride, so even with binoculars, you couldn't see it.The only time the food was ok, was New Years eve, when they did a party for the guests, and the staff. We were the only English guests for a...
