Me and my partner stayed here from 15th- 25th September, when we arrived we was welcomed and taking to the bar for a complementary drink since it was just after 10pm and all inclusive had finished (which you could buy extra drinks if wanted) first sight of room everything looked ok (could do with a decorate) but bathroom wasn't very... This was our first holiday to Egypt and we absolutely loved it. The staff were the best we have ever met, couldn't do enough for you. We went b & b but had evening meal at hotel most nights as it was so good. Would definitely go again.

The reception area is nice, the pool and garden are lovely, the rooms are more then good but sometimes a little bit too far.. not very expensive.. my stay was short so my opinion is a little bit superficial!

Awful - just awful! How can Thomas Cook have a place like this on their books? We lasted 3 days - hoping, in desperation, things would improve - they didn't! The only hotel you'll ever visit where the bugs eat better than the guests. Another sound bite - the best thing about this place is looking at it in the... More

very bad experience, not professional staff, rooms are not that good, you have to find some thing which is not working, you have to wait for a long time till you have some one to solve the problem. very expensive prices.

There are no safes in the rooms, we were fully inclusive and were told there is no wine at all the only... More

the one highlight of the place is that there are a small number of staff i.e. bar staff who are very friendly people and tried to keep guests in good spirits, the rooms are dirty and house keeping very very poor , ie bedding wasn't changed regularly , I waited 27 hours for toilet roll and when discussed this with... We came here in October last year and had the best time! the food was awful but the staff helped this by constantly making us laugh and giving us the warmest welcome! everyone from Syed on the bar, Mikel (the helper) and the 2 lovely men in the hotel shop - we had an amazing time! they did a lot... I cannot imagine who would stay here if they knew what they were in for:A dirty place, terrible facilities, terrible rooms, bland food, bad drinks: "very warm wine" (2 glasses only with meals) All inclusive is non-existent:
