When I got to the hotel I was greeted by a porter and another member of the staff who turned out to be the waiter. The porter took my bag and we went off to reception. I was greeted by the reception staff, quickly booked in and shown to my room. Well what a surprise. Without asking for it I... More

We stayed at the hotel next door - Stella di Mare who apparently have an agreement with this hotel offering guests access to Naama Bay using their steps. Unfortunately we were stopped by security every time who then tried to charge us. The stupid thing is if this had been the agreement with Stella di Mare we would have probably... More

Middle of the road hotel but with excellent, very friendly waiters. Very Clean, food ok but a bit repetative. Surprised that All Inclusive drinks are served in plastic cups even during meals in the restaurants also no water on tables this is also served if asked in a plastic cup, if you ask for a glass then you pay for... I would like to say a big thank you to the staff at the Eden Rock Hotel who made my 14 days stay wonderful holiday which was quiet but much needed. The hotel was clean and well kept, with the pool area, situated above Naama Bay a wonderfully quiet place as the hotel was far from full with only 15... More

Having read the reviews on Trip advisor I had some reservations about what to expect. On arrival the hotel was very quiet; we later found out that there were only a few other guests. Following an upgrade - $50, we had a pool/sea view. The room was very clean and modern. Due to the small number of guests we were served... More

Whilst advertised as 3* it's realistically 2* but OK nonetheless. Rooms are clean and functional. Breakfast OK, very limited choice and the same every day so if your here longer than a week, look elsewhere. Reports of bed bugs from others but my room was very clean and no bugs or mosquito's. Every thing other than your room and breakfast... More

Not a wholly bad place, but the service is appalling, the food rubbish and extras are charged for everything from internet access to a room safe. My toilet flush didn't work either. I could have overlooked this minor problem if I hadn't had bed bugs. I finish my holiday with what looks like measles and having slept the last night... More

Nice hotel with great view. Quiet, yet close to the city center. Access to the small beach belonging to Novotel. Not a great beach, but ok for a swim and some norkeling. Only very small reef outside, but still a few pretty fishes. Very shallow water so good for young kids. If you don't like walking up steep stairs you... More

Much has been said about the the 100+ steps leading from the beach to the hotel. To be honest, they are fairly shallow and should not be a problem for an able bodied person. On the other hand, for a diabled or elderly person, they might be. The advantage of the height is that there is a great view of... More
