To start with the rooms are lovely all set in either small groups of bungalows of 2 story blocks .......... The place is huge all set in manicured gardens.Our room (414) was smack next to the pool so falling out of bed and into the pool was a bonus. Well located hotel for the bars and restaurants of Na’arma bay, but not too close that it is noisy. Returned to the El Fayrouz after we had to stay a year ago at Hilton Dreams (which is just too big and can't quite cope with its numbers - in my opinion). We had a great week here! The Hilton Fayrouz was an excellent choice for staying in Sharm El Sheikh. The location was perfect and they have the largest beach allotted to them. The staff was friendly and attentive. I recommend it to everyone. Make sure you bring your snorkel, the water is gorgeous with visibility to 30 meters. I am looking forward to my next trip... more

Hotel is great and food is very nice at the hotel resturant. But at the front desk, each individual competes with the other including the manager to make money. They give quotes on tours but usually way hiked up. Make sure you tip everybody though. That ensures good service. more
