Firstly, although it's high season in Egypt, everything is fairly quiet. The hotel was nowhere near full and some of the cruises were ~ two thirds full. There should be some deals to be had. I've just arrived back from 5 nights at the Hilton Sharm Waterfalls. I booked easyjet flights (With speedy boarding) and the hotel separately. Flights Easyjet were on time both ways, we booked speedy boarding and got exit aisle seats, flights were fine.
