I was shocked by everything in this expensive hotel. Very Bad service, no friendly employees, they all need to be tiped in order to move up. after writing at least 3 emails and receiving the confirmation thereof that i need a double bed and not a twin bed, I got the twin bed on arrival at 22:00 of course.
