Food rubbish ,drinks terrible ,entertainment terrible(serving warm drinks no ice),hotel under staffed,had people in water park at 6-30 in the morning making loads of noise right outside our room,was turned away from diner several times as was full.on the plus side staff are great(all the lifeguards ,yassa(waiter),tammal cleaner without these people we would have moved hotels.also cave disco never opened...
