Worst holiday we have ever had, place was 2* at best. Staff unhelpful rooms dirty and lack of beds was a common complaint we booked for 4 and got 3 single beds! We where on the same holiday as Kim and Chris, met them there and grouped together with other English. The holiday was cheap and cheerful, it did what it said on the tin. just returned from egypt stayed at panorama naama heights. We arrived late at night having booked two three bedded rooms only to find that the rooms had only been made up for two ! I have returned today from this hotel and it was horrid !!! We arrived at 10.30pm and ushered into a cold dinner and then told to come back to be taken to our room. We went back to reception and I asked if we had a pool view, only to be told your pay budget you get budget room !... more

We have just come back and will definatley not be going back to the panorama naama heights. The website makes this hotel look great, but its not.
