I like this hotel very much.Room were tidy,beutiful,big ,nature was green with many palms,flowers and etc. Food was good too(european,egyptian,italian) ,but the point is that I was staying for two weeks and it became a little bit tired. I was staying there with my husband, it was our honeymoon, and it was terrible. The room was filty, the bathroom wasn't clean. I'm never going back. There are just Russian guests and they are always drunk and they are loud.

The food was horrible,salads usually mixed from old incredients, no fish, any good meat....breakfast was the best meal of the day.The staff was aggresive and liars. They don´t try to solve guest problems. Rooms were cleaned with dirty watter...Glasses and cutlery......DIRTY every day!!! Beautiful sea I can recommend only. Never ever........................................................

Hold... at most 3 star hotel staff were rude and thief. The food like being a zoo dirty glasses ants in the food adequately staffed rigth to graze the camels... very bad all (only the gardens are very good) NOT RECOMMENDED

if you are looking for somewhere to stay and dont mind russians then this is the place to go. me and my partner stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of October and for the first week we were the ONLY english people there. staff were complaining that they didnt like russians and germans and needed more english guests.... Don't know where to start. Not 5* by any means, drinks undrinkable, food inedible, staff to quote "hotel caters for the Russian tourists not anybody else". There is not any "service". Worst holiday ever. As many do, I ignored the bad reviews, in this case please don't.
