We have stayed at this hotel for more than 6 times in the last eight years. This hotel is set in a wonderful location with beautiful garden with lots of space and a white sandy beach with safe easy access into clear blue waters with the most wonderful islands of coral just beneath the surface. This is the best for... More

My partner and I had a lovely holiday at this hotel. I had been to Egypt twice before but my partner had not and was a bit wary of going to Egypt at all. We stayed in the East Wing on the 3rd floor room 431 with a lovely view over the complex and Makadi Bay. It was nice and... More

Our 4th visit to the Fort...think that says it all really. Ok, so the rooms could do with a face lift but they are still clean and comfortable. Food is acceptable, we have had a lot worse in Egypt. It's a fact you don't go to Egypt if your a foodie. You go for the endless Sun...beautiful sea....great beach......wonderful snorkeling......friendly... More

Just back from a week here. If you are looking for a quiet resort with a beautiful beach then this is the place for you. The food is good, everywhere is clean and the snorkelling is amazing. The staff also are very attentive. The evening entertainment is absolutely shocking however made friends with some golden oldies so a good laugh... More

This was our 3rd time in Egypt, 1st time to this hotel and we would go back. We asked for the West Wing when we booked, despite reading on here that it's the "Saga" wing as we wanted peace and quiet. We ate at the East wing restaurant once and wouldn't recommend it. Very busy and got the feeling of... More

Had 11 nights in October and the hotel is fair to be honest, we normally stay at Sunrise Next door and this hotel had much more amenities, bigger rooms and good pool area. But the main let down was the Restaurants, the staff were brilliant and on the ball but the food was always cold and there was very little... More

I have just returned from FA where I spent one week with my family celebrating our golden wedding anniversary. While there we tried both the east and west wing restaurant and can truly say that you would think they were two different hotels, there being no comparison with the standard of food or service. I have been informed that from... More

Just got back from our first time here. Definitely wont be the last. Food was of a good standard, plenty of variety. Live music was on every evening both at the Red Rocks and Sunset bars. Sabry at the Sunset bar isnt the best singer but he does have something about him and certainly gets the crowd going. Lovely to see... More
