After reading the other reviews I was worried about going to this hotel. this hotel needs some serious work it would be lucky to get 3 stars if re assessed. Having said that we enjoyed our stay. Good things are the pool and beach staff love English people and will make sure you get a good spot in the beach... More

We stayed at the Tia Aqua Park Hotel & Resort which we found out was an annex to Tia Heights, as there isn't an actual hotel called Tia Aqua Park... Very disappointed on what we paid for a family of 4 to get the service/food and customer care, we received. Mainly 99.8% Russian, and the food "apparently" all Europeans love... More

Horrible ! The service, the room, on what they want you to sleep, flies, no room service, you will waste your holidays complaining! If it is a family trip don't do it ! If you are alone and looking for action go! It is backed!, the hall is crowded as if you are in a market !

The hotel was crowded despite the fact that it was not fully booked. Every year they build new rooms but the main building and the restorants are the same. 2 restorants for huge amount of people! 2 other restorants should have been booked 1 week earlier.food was terrible, kids menu i would never give to a human.the water and the beach... Have just returned from tia heights.very very dissapointed in how the current management have let what was once was a great hotel deteriate beyond belie.its always had a Russian pressence..I can deal with this..your abroad after all..but the standards of cleanliness and food has deteriated beyond recognition. Having been put in the upstairs restaurant to eat away from the vulgar... More

The hotel tried to look luxurious but it's not a 5* hotel. The staff worked hard and did their best. The rooms are big, we had a twin in Dune part, cleaned every day, minibar was absolutely filthy I wouldn't put dirty socks in, the same bath curtain I would throw them away. The food was the weakest part of... More

A terrible experience. Staff are superb, and really trying their best. Management is a complete failure. Hotel was fully booked but terribly understaffed. I am not surprised that they cannot recruit. - Cleanliness: Zero- Reception tables are so dirty. There isn't enough staff to go round the tables and clear people's rubbish. - clients: Majority are from Russia. Bad hygiene... More

I have never been in such a dirty hotel with a "5" stars. Maybe it was 20 years ago, but now it can only be 3 stars hotel and it is also too much. In the central part of the hotel you can find only on dirt, cigarette butts, bottles, ...And for drink you'll wait more then 20 minutes. Service... More

One of the best hotels I ever experienced. Big, spacious and very clean. Restaurants serve variety of food from different cuisine. Beach and pool big and always clean. They do a night show every night ... You wont need to leave the hotel The only disadvantage that it is far away fro the city center (maybe 20 minutes by bus).... More
