The pool is the only advantage in this place, otherwise there is nothing you can mention positively when you return back. Food is awful in terms of quality and diversity, and once we had rotten pasta at the snack bar that smelled badly but they didn't take it away. Service is bad and towels by both the aqua park and... Let me start by saying the Staff at the Tia work their socks off and we're fantastic with us they seem to genuinely enjoy the English custom and did everything they could to make us feel special. We loved the beach and Husain always found us a good spot and brought me flowers in a little plastic cup bless him... More

Stayed in one of the dome villas, they are spacious, the staff are very friendly and they made sure the fridge was restocked each day with fresh water and lemonade and tea and biscuits. The travel from the reception to the villa was so fun as one of the staff transported us in a rickshaw.

My family and I booked this holiday as a relatively inexpensive all inclusive trip with aspirations of sun, sun, relaxation, beach, sun & diving. Well, it satisfied this criterion admirably....... There is a balance of expectation to be considered. This was an inexpensive trip (relatively) - accordingly, our expectations were not of a 5* uber-luxury hotel. This is just as... More

I was there for the 5-th time. Service is much worse than in previous times. We arrived just on our wedding day anniversary and 3 days before I had written to hotel official polite email to prepare small gift (e.g. welcome drink) and get early nice neat room. Nobody answered my email. We arrived early in the morning (cca 8... More

We booked the hotel two years and I always wanted to rate the hotel and stuff, never got the time. Now I have decided that they really deserve it since we had a very beautiful stay. I really don't understand what others have to complain? really I think this are in general people who always have something to complain because... More

I would like to start by saying I enjoyed this hotel a lot but there are a few things that put me off. I booked a dune room and stayed in this for two nights before upgrading to a room in the main building. I stayed in one dune room on the first night and a second dune room on... More

First impressions are really important so shame on the reception staff! On our late arrival they literally just signed us in, gave us room keys & pointed in the general direction of a dining room "if we wanted dinner" No directions to our room, no hotel information, no nicities not even all inclusive bands "come back tomorrow" we heard that...
