Agree with previous reviews. Luxury reception but the rest .... Rooms large and clean. Towels old, we had no hot water for 3 days then it was tepid - mentioned it at least 3 times to customer service. No luxury in rooms very basic - i.e. no nice soap and shampoo all out of a plastic container like public motorway... more

On first arriving at the hotel, it looks quite impressive, however this is where it ends.
