Check in at reception was very quick and efficient thanks to Hassan. Our room was nicely presented and kept very clean for the whole 7 nights stay, Ibrahim could'nt do enough for us. Excellent family holiday, upgraded to a family room which provided us with an amazing beach view from the balcony. Only twenty minute transfer from the airport, everything you need in the Hotel you don't need to leave. Only advice is to book the specialist resturants as early as you can.
