If you are looking for a nice beach don't go in this hotel, you will have a feeling you are in a lake. Cleaners only clean room when you leave the tips. Bad airconditioning in the lobby, bad internet. So many Russians, who are very inpolite and rude. People steal your beach towels. It happened to me twice, first time on the pool and... More

We have stayed in this hotel from 22th of July to 1st of August. The staff was really great, especially our cleaner for our room 243. He was called Ayman and he really made our days great during our vacation. On the other hand i have to say that there was no useable WIFI in the hotel. I think this... More

We spent 9 nights at this rustic and outdated "hotel" packed with Russians and impolite staff. We were forced into a room with the worst view one has ever seen. The furniture was in the worst possible condition and the cleaning staff asked for tips to clean our room, which was included in our all inclusive service. The staff at... More

On the whole it's a decent enough resort, but not excellent by any stretch. Your first impressions are that it's a nice clean resort with decent views. The resort is well staffed & managers are often floating around in yellow t-shirts to deal with problems & keep an eye on the staff. The pools are clean & we'll maintained with... More

We spent 10 nights here mid june 2014. Granted, it catered more for the Russians, Germans and Polish however, from speaking to other travelers, this was the best hotel locally. We have no issues with any of the other travelers but manners were not top priority!!! We got a really good deal on the hotel and requested a pool view;... More

Mirage Hotel is a friendly, smaller and simpler devices hotel. All services offered are very good. The staff is friendly and arranged everything to our satisfaction. The sea here is really great, but there's a super swimming in pools. Outside the hotel there is a large promenade that evening will give your holiday a pleasant atmosphere. Hotel has the best... I got back 2 days ago and All I can say is Awful hotel, dodgy food, dated rooms, full of Russians, don't expect the room you booked to be available we ended up with a twin room (booked double pool view) looking out onto a dirty alleyway ! The bar/ pool staff are friendly but the managers don't give a... More
