Rooms were dirty and have bugs. Staff extremely unfriendly. Women beware!!! Women don't wander around hotel alone! Staff propositions women for sex. Staff tries to lure women into back rooms and out of premises. When brought to attention of management, they did not care. NOT ALL INCLUSIVE even though they claim it is. Have to sign for every drink/meal individually... more

It was the first time we had been to Egypt & first impressions was good. We`d booked through red sea holidays and asked for a superior room overlooking the pool, which was clean & tidy - the bed was huge and actually very comfortable. Room service was good, constantly being checked if all was ok but they wouldn`t leave you... more

I booked 2 superior rooms at this hotel and what we got were hovels. Our rooms would have been closed for health and safety if in England. Do not go if English service diabolocle and German nationals are put ahead of english in every way including allocation of rooms and service. Do not go to Block 2. our rooms were... more

I feel some of the reviews are unfair. I found my room was large, clean and comfortable. The service was fantastic staff always there to help. I celebrated my birthday and after coming back after a night out the hotel had left a birthday card and cake in my room. The air con was fantastic. The position was perfect, there... more

We stayed here for two whole weeks, and it was terrible. The service was not very good, restaurants menu had only burgers and pizza.. The rooms were pretty dirty at all times, even when we gave extra tips they did not clean properly. There were a lot, a Lot of these tiny ants and when they bite you you'll get... more
