Great hospitality, amazing food great sandy beach, first class polite and professional management GM (Mr Higham el arable ) every member of the staff makes feel welcome. Most definitely I will come again. This hotel is under rated it should be at least market four star if not five.

My partner and I are recently back from The Jasmine. A big, beautiful hotel. Having traveled to Egypt on many occasions, this is one of the best. Food reasonable, not outstanding but you will not starve. Lunch at the Beach Restaurant a bit repetitive. All drinks available but if you like a pint of beer take your own mug. They are... More

We've just came back from Jasmine Village and have mixed feelings regarding it. To be fair, let's start with the positive: - the room we were given was ok: rather clean, with a big balcony; though, I've seen the rooms, were Russians and other Eastern European visitors are being accommodated - one word - terrible; - reception attendants were friendly... 10 day family holiday in August. I tend to ignore the 5 star and 1 star ratings on Trip Advisor as people will generally lavish praise if they've had a good time or find fault in everything if they haven't enjoyed themselves. The Jasmine Village Hotel describes itself as a Four Star, as does Thomas Cook - as tour operators... More

Where to start.... I will have to cut this short as I can rant on for pages about this place! Staff extremely rude and ignorant especially to women! A smile & please & thank you every now and then is severely lacking! You could stand forever waiting at the bar or desk to ask a question & have the staff... More

I stayed here for a week with my boyfriend. We had booked our stay as an all-inclusive holiday through Thomas Cook. When we first arrived the hotel staff were very unhelpful - one of the receptionists was looking at his mobile for about a minute before offering to help us. We had booked a double bed but they put us... More

We got back today from a 2 week stay....when we arrived at the Jasmine there was a bit of confusion about the room and we had to move room once because the owners son was playing music from 3.30 am until i finally got them to turn it off at 5.30 am,but the general manager couldnt have been more helpful...He... Just spent 2 wks with my 2 teenage daughters at the jasmine village hotel and it was terrible, the staff are very unhelpful if you are english, the food was terrible and always cold, rooms were dark and uninviting, other tourists also very rude, they need to learn some manners, we spent most of our time at a sister hotel... Just returned from a two week family holiday in the Jasmine Village and we really enjoyed it, this was our second time in Hurghada but first time at this hotel. And to keep all the first paragraph readers happy we would return as it's quite good value for money, it's a good hotel and with a few tweaks could be... More
