My wife and I have just returned from a week at The Jasmine Village Hotel in Hurghada. For the price we paid we would have rated it as 5/5, but in reality there were just a few minor shortcomings which meant it rates 4/5. We have been to the Jasmine village for the past 2 years. We usually go in September but this year we are going in August for our 25th wedding anniversary. stayed here Nov 2008 on a belated honeymoon due to personal tragedy. This was my first visit to Egypt and I have been back every year since, I just love this country and its people. After returning from our second visit to the Jasmine yet again found it good value for the money we paid .On arrival our : prebooked room : was unavailable and put in room 833 a room without a view but after a chat with the front of house manager was moved to 713 no problem as mentioned in another review... Our first visit to Egypt,our stay at Jasmine Village Hotel Hurghada was comfortable with an abundance of delicious food,copious amounts of drink and very helpful,friendly staff The Hotel's amenities included a fine,clean pool with loads of sunbeds,a medium sized but adequate beach and always a stone's throw from a bar. Well another stay at the jasmine, staff always very welcoming ,lots of choice in main restaurant ,it was a shame the oriental restaurant was closed as they do lovely kebabs, we travel with friends and we have all said shal we have a change of hotel, but no we will be back in november cant wait x

Me and my bf hve just came back from a great2 week holiday here and can both say that we were very happy here! The rooms are just wat you need standard fridge tv etc... And the cleaners kept it clean at all times fresh sheets and towels daily! The pool was nice with someone to bring you drinks all... More

It was our first time to Hurghada after visiting Sharm four times in the past two years. Arrived at Hotel and unfortunately were put in a temporary room for one night as the hotel was full. Was my 2nd visit here this year so can't be bad? Had rooms 645 and 646. Perfect! Could not agree more with Nicola S review. Pretty much sums the place up. Only downside is the expensive wifi.
