Where to start.... I will have to cut this short as I can rant on for pages about this place! Staff extremely rude and ignorant especially to women! A smile & please & thank you every now and then is severely lacking! You could stand forever waiting at the bar or desk to ask a question & have the staff... More

I stayed here for a week with my boyfriend. We had booked our stay as an all-inclusive holiday through Thomas Cook. When we first arrived the hotel staff were very unhelpful - one of the receptionists was looking at his mobile for about a minute before offering to help us. We had booked a double bed but they put us... More

Just spent 2 wks with my 2 teenage daughters at the jasmine village hotel and it was terrible, the staff are very unhelpful if you are english, the food was terrible and always cold, rooms were dark and uninviting, other tourists also very rude, they need to learn some manners, we spent most of our time at a sister hotel... Just returned from a two week family holiday in the Jasmine Village and we really enjoyed it, this was our second time in Hurghada but first time at this hotel. And to keep all the first paragraph readers happy we would return as it's quite good value for money, it's a good hotel and with a few tweaks could be... More

We stayed here for 2 weeks from 13th June 14, couple 25 years old. The look of this hotel is nice, its clean, well maintained gardens, the beach is lovely we spent most of our time here, lots of sealife to search for - the first week the beach was well maintained as the beach boy did a good job...
