We stayed in two bedroom bungalow. Typical Arabic style rooms, quite small, but comfortable. The buffet was great, lots of food variety, even for children. Nice, quiet & clean private beach I enjoyed swimming so much. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean. I do recommend this hotel for families.

we have had lovely holiday in this hotel we do like the service from mahmoud ahmed at main rest, we like also the pool bar and the fish resturant we say thank you to mahmoud ahmed for his perfect service during our stay we will go to luxor for sofitel karnak next time and this hotel aswell

Very small rooms, quality and variety of food very bad, kids club wasn't operating during our stay, poor animation programs, unhelpful staff, we stayed for 6 days 5 nights and we spent about 4 days outside the resort because we didn't find any kind of activities
