Don't know where to start: Staff, Service, Amenities, Location....
All in all, it is the best place in El-Gouna to stay in.
Also the sleep quality is superb, their suites are amazing and vanilla clean. I really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely try it again.

Just came back after a stay here for a week with the family at the end of the year.
As stated by another reviewer, the hotel is well maintained but shows signs of wear and tear. Morning and evening buffet are OK, but nothing special. So not really 5 star standard. Beds were not 5 star quality either.
