We stayed at this hotel for one night as a base for visiting the temples. The rooms we were allocated had gorgeous lake views and were spacious, clean and comfortable. It was very quiet so there was no buffet breakfast. We were served copious amounts of food including eggs cooked to order. The dinner was the usual food you expect... More

Considering it's isolated location and lack of tourism over the last few years the Seti still provides a great stay. Amazing views over the lake and the infinity pool is to die for in the summer heat. P's the sound and light show at the temple is a must see!!

We ended our short Egypt trip in this hotel, driving down from Aswan the same day. Very pleased we chose to stay here overnight - there was only a handful of guests, and the hotel exuded stillness and peace after the busy day . Staff couldn't have been more helpful, and our room had a balcony with an amazing view... More

Fairly nice hotel. Attentive staff. The manager reminded us upon arrival that the sound and light show at the temple required a reservation and ten people minimum to attend or else they don't run the show. Also, when we didn't show up for dinner by 9pm, he called to check up because the kitchen was closing. I thought that was... More

The swimming pool is perfect, the rooks are fine, the Food is horrible. I suggest that you eat at the Nubian hotel next door, where the food is very good. The worst of all is the music. I was in a beautiful wonderful swimming pool looking at a great view, and everyone is at the temple. I enjoyed the silence,... More

Ok, I read some reviews and ask my self if people ever think of circumstances before judging any place in the world with the same metre, no matter if they are in Manhattan or deep down at the edge of Egypt, during one of the most dramatic crisis of tourism ever experienced... This place was just amazing to us! Of... More

My tour group stayed here for one night. Overall the hotel is lovely, nice gardens, lovely restaurant & Egyptian styled decor. The only thing wrong was that the room was not clean. Full of dust & the bathroom wasn't good. Other than that I'd recommend the hotel & would stay there again.

Seti Abu Simbel Around 1000+LE ensuite Wifi: 20LE per day. The Seti is a more 'European' style hotel, though hardly as grand as the price tag might suggest. It does have wifi in public areas and in the rooms (the only Abu Simbel hotel with in-room wifi), and some rooms have idyllic verandahs with views of Lake Nasser. It is... More

What do you expect in the middle of the middle of the desert? A three hour bus ride from Aswan to suddenly find yourself in a thriving township in the middle of the desert yet on the shores of the beautiful sparkling Lake Nasser. the resort was much more than we expected. Sure the rooms may not be perfect in... More

We stayed at the place for 1 night, just for Abu Simbel and I wasn't sure what to expect. It's such a sweet hotel with gorgeous Nile view and swimming pool. The room is minimal but does the job but it probably needs some update. The food was actually nice too.
