The hotel is nice from the outside, first impression: really nice, great views, staff were very helpful and polite, rooms: a bit dated and needed some maintenance but nothing major. Due to the decline in the numbers of tourists recently in Egypt we (and one other guest) were the only residents in this hotel, what a shame as it a... More

What a delight... hotel rooms along Lake Nasser... great WiFi (the best of the trip), lovely hospitality... They had to open our rooms for the cruise at the last minute as our ship had run aground...Boy were we lucky. Everything was beautiful and NEW.

Arrived at this charming oasis after a 2 1/2 hour bus ride across the desert highway from Aswan to Abu Simbel. The hotel has a beautiful terraced pool overlooking Lake Nasser. Our group welcomed the opportunity to relax in such a soothing space. My travel buddy and I enjoyed the spa-like music and were particularly happy with the grilled chicken... More

This is a beautiful hotel and the only one in town with a pool. The have 2 amazing pools and I had a fantastic view of the lake from the balcony off my room. The staff was courteous and professional and the food was good. It is also in very close proximity to the temples. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed one night at this Hotel while visiting Abu Simbel and the Temples of Ramses II. The Hotel appeared nice at first, but was found to be run down, poor food and selection, and lacking any upkeep or maintenance – having been warned not to expect the standard of similar premises in Egypt and further abroad, we were still... We were well received and looked after. Even though it is off season they ensured that there was enough staff and made a good effort with our meals etc.... There was an outside buffet in the evening which was outstanding.

Arrived late at night, so really could not appreciate exactly where the hotel was located, and what the surroundings were like...until the next morning! Great scenic views, picturesque and worthy of any magazine or background layout photo for background use! Went to the nearby Temple the next day, and was not expecting the spectacular and stunning sights! Really worth the... More

We stayed at this hotel for one night as a base for visiting the temples. The rooms we were allocated had gorgeous lake views and were spacious, clean and comfortable. It was very quiet so there was no buffet breakfast. We were served copious amounts of food including eggs cooked to order. The dinner was the usual food you expect... More

Considering it's isolated location and lack of tourism over the last few years the Seti still provides a great stay. Amazing views over the lake and the infinity pool is to die for in the summer heat. P's the sound and light show at the temple is a must see!!

We ended our short Egypt trip in this hotel, driving down from Aswan the same day. Very pleased we chose to stay here overnight - there was only a handful of guests, and the hotel exuded stillness and peace after the busy day . Staff couldn't have been more helpful, and our room had a balcony with an amazing view... More
