We stayed at the Red Mangrove Peurto Ayora lodge in April 2015 and had a nice stay. The room was excellent and had all the amenities we needed. We had a second level room overlooking the ocean (suite) which is probably the way to go for the extra cost. The a/c worked very well and we had no issues at... More

My partner and I had an excellent experience with Red Mangrove—at both their lodge on Santa Cruz and Isabella. We not only stayed at their hotel, but participated in their footprints of Darwin Tour. They delivered 100% on the promise of any organized group—allowing us to be fully immersed in the moment because the staff’s level of professionalism left no... More

Had a wonderful time with Red Mangrove. They provided wonderful tours, served delicious food, and their rooms are stunning. We sprung for an ocean-view suite and fell asleep each night to the sound of the waves crashing along the coast. Each tour was very organized and the guides/naturalists were fantastic. Ask for Adid and Yazmany. Great guys with an incredible... More

We had an amazing time! Our guides Richard and Jimmie did a wonderful job of not only sharing their knowledge and expertise about the islands, they genuinely cared about us! Making sure that we were well taken care of from transports, our bags and our personal well being. Red Mangrove offered great service, clean and comfortable rooms, and local dishes... More

We experienced an excellent stay in the Red Mangrove Aventura Lodge. The food was excllent, with good choice of local fish. The service was gentle and devouted. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We really liked the sealions on the terrace and the birds in the nearby sea.

My daughter and recently did the Darwin's Triangle 6 day island hopping tour with Red Mangrove. We had been debating between this and a cruise, and I'm so glad that we went this route. Our charming and enthusiastic guide, Adid, met us at the airport and immediately made us feel at home. He truly treated us like family, as did... More

I have to say that our suite was absolutely amazing and the fact that you get to wake up to sea lions on the front deck is priceless. The disappointing part of this hotel is that although hotel is lovely the staff is awful, they made us wait for more than an hour to check in. We booked for a... More

We recently spend time in Galapagos and chose to stay at lodges rather than do the usual cruise. We chose the highest level of accommodation at Red Mangrove and were totally blown away to be given what could only be described as a Penthouse with spectacular 270 degree views over the water. We were woken in the morning to the... More
