If I ever manage to come to Galapagos again, I'll be staying here again! Excellent price for a lovely, clean bed and breakfast in a great location. The Wifi isn't very strong in all areas, but works when you find the right spot (try the hammocks in the garden). Breakfast is good (and lots of finches try to get some... More

This hostel is really well located, it's east to find next to Sarah Darlings' distinctive gallery and it is central to the Most popular part of the island without being in the commercial centre of it all. My boyfriend and I stayed in a double room, which had 3 beds and was absolutely huge! The room itself was clean and... More

We've stayed here two nights, it's a B&B so don't expect hotel quality. We didn't have hot water upon arrival, but the next morning we did. Our youngest daughter had her birthday on the day we arrived, so we asked the hotel if they could arrange a birthdaycake for her, which they did really nice.

My fiancé and I stayed at La Peregrine for eight nights. It was the first leg of our 3 week Galapagos adventure. The staff was wonderful and the accommodations were above-average. While the shower was tiny, and the bathroom on the whole was very small, the room was comfortable. The AC was cold and the lodging was very clean. For... More

Stayed here for one night before travelling on. Good location on malecon near the tiny fish market and close to restaurants and bars. Had quiet room at the back overlooking the garden. Reasonable with clean room, hotshower, air con and wifi. Breakfast not great but adequate.

Cheap hostel near the fish market surrounded by the nice garden. Rooms are not very clean, but steel pretty comfortable. AC did not work quite well.If you need just the place where you can sleep and take shower, it is the good choice. There are quite many ants in rooms and the smell from the fish market can be not... The Galapagos is an extremely expensive place, but this bed and breakfast was really affordable and quite nice. They cleaned the room everyday and there was even air conditioning. The breakfast was delicious every morning and the location was perfect, right near everything you would want to visit. The people who ran the place were really sweet and helpful.

Stayed here last November and couldn't have been more pleased. Our first room, in the back, was rather small but when we requested to move we were given a very spacious, updated room. Breakfast each morning was delicious. The best thing about our stay, though, was the host family. Very welcoming and helpful. Made our trip to Galapagos unforgettable!

First to those who are complaining......did you pay the same as you would have done for a five-star hotel in Paris.... NO and NO... If I can ever afford going to Galapagos again or if I hear of anyone going... I would recommend them to stay at La Peregrina.... My Spanish is zero, and they speak English here, which is... More

Building is a little dated, but everything works just fine. Not very sound proof, but neither are many other equatorial structures. Location cannot be any better due to entrance off the main street, but building tucked away from being exposed to much of the noise. Staff family is very polite and speaks most eloquent English I've ever heard. Excellent value... More
