We stayed in the room with the kitchen and dining room (room #1). It was very nice indeed for our needs. The beds were comfortable, meticulously clean and there were plenty of necessaries provided in the kitchen, including a nice 5 gallon bottle of fresh water. Laundry service was included and highly efficient. Breakfast was very good! The A/C is... More

Extremely hospitable! The woman who tidies up the rooms did laundry for me, included for free; the young man who makes the breakfast (also included) came an hour earlier to catch me and made what I like to eat! This safe home is in the "Eden" neighborhood! Rodrigo and Esther are hospitality personified!

We learned about Mi Caleta Inn through a friend of a friend, and we are very glad that we did! We knew nothing about Galapagos, or how to get around, and the innkeepers knew that and were very helpful. We emailed a bit before the trip, and the owner, Rod Jacome, set up a taxi for us, with the driver... More

If this is your first time to the Galapogas, Rod's experience and resources are priceless. Literally. I doubt if we would have had the excellent experience we had without Rod's assistance. When Tame Air stranded us in Cuenca instead of continuing to the Galapagos, Rod did not charge us for the night we reserved, despite not cancelling within the timeframe... More

I have stayed 3 nights at Mi Caleta Inn. Rod and his wife are a such a lovely people. They have helped us a lot with organising trips and booked us all boat tickets. Rooms are very comfortable but the of the Mi Caleta is definitely the owners. Big thank you to Rod, he is a star

My family and I had an excellent 4 day stay at Mi Caleta Inn. Rod and his wife are two of the nicest people you'll meet, and definitely made our trip so much more comfortable and convenient. They help with organizing all the day excursions after discussing where you want to go/what there is recommended to see. The morning breakfasts... More

We really felt at home in Mi Caleta Inn. Our suite was cozy, clean and confortable, fully equiped, and the place itself is peacefull and quiet. At the same time it is very close to the port, so you get there quick and easily. On the other hand you have a familiar and personal treatment which we really appreciated. Conversations... More

The Mi Caleta Inn is a jewel hidden in a friendly neighborhood of Puerto Ayora. Far enough from the nighttime festivities on Charles Darwin Blvd. to enjoy a quiet rest but close enough for an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants. The Charles Darwin Center is nearby making daily access in the mornings and evenings (the best... More

We spent three wonderful days at Puerto Ayora at Micaletta Inn. I should say that we were really fortunate to have Mr. Rodrigo as a guide. I've an impression that he knows everything about the islands. Besides he's a very nice and interesting person and we felt at home. We had a room in the main house and it was... More

We spent 8 nights at Mi Caleta Inn. Mi Caleta is not a traditional hotel, but more than a bed and breakfast. There are the main house and a few additional suites. All that in a small nice garden. The owners are living on the first floor of the main house, and the ground floor is for the guests. Mi... More
