We spent three wonderful days at Puerto Ayora at Micaletta Inn. I should say that we were really fortunate to have Mr. Rodrigo as a guide. I've an impression that he knows everything about the islands. Besides he's a very nice and interesting person and we felt at home. We had a room in the main house and it was... More

We spent 8 nights at Mi Caleta Inn. Mi Caleta is not a traditional hotel, but more than a bed and breakfast. There are the main house and a few additional suites. All that in a small nice garden. The owners are living on the first floor of the main house, and the ground floor is for the guests. Mi... More

We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it to several days at Mi Caleta. Roddy was great, a great host and so helpful. We felt very safe. The house was super clean and in great shape. It was nice to have a/c in the bedrooms. Beautiful garden area and close to everything but super quiet, even during elections.

Mi Caleta offers large, well-furnished rooms clustered around a quiet courtyard. Owner Rodrigo Jacome is friendly and helpful. You are just a short walk away from restaurants and attractions. We wished that we could have stayed longer!

This small hotel is conveniently located at a less busier end of the town, but still just 10 minutes away from the city centre and located close to the Charles Darwin Research station. The hotel consists of a few suites arranged around a beautiful courtyard with palmtrees. Suites are spacious and clean, beds are comfortable. There is a fridge, microwave... More

This small hotel is like a home away from home. There are only a few units around a naturally landscaped yard. There is a dramatic, natural lava wall on one side of the yard. The units are very comfortable and the bedrooms have air conditioning. The best feature of this hotel is Rodrigo Jacome and his wife Esther. They are... More

Mi Caleta Inn is like staying in a home away from home. We can not give enough praise to owner Rodrigo and his beautiful wife, to describe their genuine hospitality. Along with a great location and easy access to all Galapagos...we highly recommend staying at the Mi Caleta Inn for a week or more.

Mi Caleta Inn is better then home in so many ways... I experienced the peace and privacy I enjoy, as well as the warmth and kindness of Rodrigo and his wonderful wife Esther. They were incredibly helpful in finding me great day tours to explore the neighboring islands, gave wonderful advise on the area, and had in-depth knowledge on Galapagos... More

A group of friends from study abroad and myself recently took a trip to the Galapagos. Mi Caleta Inn was an awesome place to cal home during our time there. We had the whole downstairs to ourselves. There was a large kitchen/dining room where we were able to cook "family" meals and avoid the costly restaurants on the island. With... More

My daughter and I stayed at the Mi Caleta Inn in Puerto Ayora on Santa Cruz island in the Galapagos. We had a little kitchen with table and separate bedrooms. We had a front porch looking onto the garden. This place is one third the price of the hotels. The Inn is located just on the edge of town in... More
