We booked this hotel whilst staying in Puerto Ayora and were able to negotiate a slightly better price with cash. The hotel is very nice, it has a pool, sitting areas, restaurant and bar. It has lovely flowers in the public areas and all in all was very well kept. The room we stayed in overlooked the pool and the... More

Positives first... This hotel has a beautiful pool, sitting areas, and restaurant. All of the public areas are very well kept and comfortable. They are also all outside, with the exception of the restaurant, which allows you to enjoy the beautiful weather. The hotel is in a great location right off the main road with everything with in walking distance.... More

I booked a junior suite directly from their website, but upon arrival and after showing the printed off confirmation number no reservation was found. They had one room left and it was terrible....but at least they gave me $30 off the rate when paid in cash. I should have went somewhere else but we were too tired after boat trip.... More

I booked a different hotel on Santa Cruz, Galapagos, but it was nothing like it was described in the pictures. So we desired to changed hotel after one night. We were lucky we came across the hotel Ninfa. It was cheaper than the first hotel, great service, all the staff were very helpful and they booked all our day tours... More

We had an upstairs suite which was large and beds and aircon were ok. Had a welcome drink at the closed bar with Robert the hotel manager who organised all our needs. He helped with our dietary needs and told us to go up to the street food place. The tours were fine with Mariano who is very knowledgable. Next... More

TITLE: Do not stay there if you can, but more important, do not book any sightseeing trips with them! During our visits to Galapagos from 12/30/2014 to 01/04/2015 we stayed at Hotel Ninfa in Santa Cruz. In our group of 10 people we had two families with three people, and we reserved (as we were told) 2 semi-suits for double-price... More

We stayed in this hotel in a double room for two nights after a Galapagos cruise to relax before our travel back home. The good thing about the hotel is the location just a few meters away from the habour. Our intention when booking this hotel was to spend a bit more money to enjoy a higher comfort than we... More

We booked a room the night before from Isabela because of the very convenient location near the port when you arrive by ferry. It was great to have a hotel so close-by when you land. It's literally just up the road. Despite arriving at the hotel at 08h30 in the morning we were quickly escorted to our room near the... More

Rooms are OK, but in many cases, you must like privacy so much. There is a swimming pool and a bar. Staff is extremely nice and helpful and willing to help you. Price is OK if you book there. Location is great. The nice we slept at this hotel, there was an "Armada" concert till 2am in the main square... More

The hotel was recommended by a Dutch couple, whom I met at the Darwin Station, for them it also was a 2-nd hotel. And I needed to flee Deja Vu (see my review).. Well, the hotel, which is half a block from the port, is in a perfect location and has a very nice court yard and a swimming pool.... More
