This is basically a 1 or 2 star hotel. If you understand that going in, you will not have a problem. The curtains on the windows were falling off the hooks. The air conditioner was very noisy and had big spaces on either side of where it was cut into the wall, so you could see daylight. The bath tub/shower... More

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a Galapagos tour. Relatively large hotel very well located on Santa Cruz island. Unfortunately you have to walk past what smells like an open sewer to get to the entrance. Hopefully it doesn't smell like that all the time. Room was large and had a great view of the harbour. Breakfast was... More

Looks grand from the outside relative to other Galapagos hotels but the free wifi was still too slow to connect to. Inside the rooms were similar to other accommodation, with twin beds separated by a bedside table. These were not made when we arrived and cleaning products had also been left in the room. There was an expansive view of... More

Very helpful staff clean and comfortable.my room had a lovely view of the harbour. It is very centrally located so you can stroll to most things around. About 40 min walk from the Charles Darwin Center. One down side is no elevators. I had to drag my bag up 2 floors

Just back from waterfront. Handy to pier, shopping strip, restaurants and clubs. Upstairs rooms have balconies - lovely to hear ocean close by. Indoor pool on lobby near dining area. Breakfast is basic. Cereal, bread (no toast), feta cheese, processed meat, boiled egg or omelette.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and really enjoyed my stay. It is close to everything. It is quiet as off the main street and the staff is very friendly, especially front desk agent Louisa. Breakfast is a generous enough and in a very pleasant dining room. Bathrooms are incredible spacious. As is typical in the Galapagos, you... More

I stayed here in july. The room was clean and an of end of corridor room so spacious. Unfortunately next to lots of rooms with up to 3 beds in. It was school holidays in Ecaudor and the hotel was packed with up to 60 kids, screaming, running around wet from the pool up to there rooms, when they all... More

We have just returned from the Galapagos where we spent 2 separate nights in this hotel. We were in the same rooms both times which were basic but functional. The beds were dirty and there was a lack of pillows. The fittings were generally in need of some repair as was the case throughout the hotel. The service was in... More

Dont chose this hotel whatever you do!! During our stay the place was packed with a big group of 40 screaming badly mannered ecudaorian children and their bleak mothers and leaders. Total madness!! Obviously the hotel needed cash so they let anybody in disregarding the comfort of the rest of the full paying guests

Overall a good experience. Once settled in room I noticed the mold smell that comes from air conditioners in humid areas. I went down to front desk, explained my severe allergy to mold and within 3 min had a maintenance man cleaning it. I awoke the next day free from any stuffiness I would normally have. We were able to... More
