We came across this hotel when we were on our way to Turtuga Bay. Compared with other hotels on the main street, the double room we got was a pretty good bargain. Room was clean and basic. We had hot water and our towels were changed every day. Jose was very friendly and helped us get around.

Good location, appears nice place. However rooms were average. Bathrooms were not so clean, few stains. Staff was friendly and co-operative. Need more maintenance. Overall ok for short stay, don't expect much.

The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and the location is brilliant, being about 10 minute walk from the main harbour area. However, that's where the good bits end. The room was crambed and the bathroom wasn't very clean. Also, we ran out of hot water and had to wait hours for it to come back back on... More

We spotted this place walking to Tortuga Bay and were attracted by the well kept exterior (lovely flowers and plants). Since we were already staying elsewhere for the night before going to Isabella, we booked to stay for our return to Puerto Agora with the very friendly José.As it's low season, we bargained on the price a little and got... We found the Hotel Crossman by chance while walking to Tortuga Bay. We found Hotel Crossman to be really lovely, with big comfortable beds, clean facilities, a nice atmosphere, lovely host and great value. We stayed here for five nights in a room with a balcony overlooking bougainvillea. The hotel is a block awat from the cheap restaurants in Charles... More

We stayed in room #3 on the 1st floor one night in July before we headed to a Galapagos cruise. It is the worse room we've ever stayed in anywhere. We had trouble to open the door from inside which was a serious safety issue in the event of fire. The shower did not work. It gave you boiling hot... More

The moment we entered the hostel we had bad feelings, which were only reinforced during the upcoming minutes. We were supposed to have breakfast in the hotel, but arrived from another island 15 minutes too late to get served, as they finished serving breakfast at 8 am. Staff did not even bother to lift from the table to speak to... More

I recently brought a group of 12 VolunTravel volunteers to the Crossman Hotel while working with a wonderful non-profit in the Galapagos called, Galapagos ICE. The hotel was clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My volunteers thoroughly enjoyed our experience there and I'd recommend it for others.
