The Safari Camp was recommended to us by Ecoventura, the cruise company we went with and we were so glad they did! We wanted a few days to relax and this hotel was the perfect destination to pamper ourselves and splurge a little. We spent the day swimming in their infinity pool, reading in the hammock with a cocktail in... More

We stayed three nights at the Galapagos Safari Camp. We were hosted by Katrien who hails from Belgium and offers outstanding service and doles out recommendations with the discretion of a top notch concierge. We arrived after lunch hour but were immediately served the first of many gourmet meals which rival any of the finer restaurants in our hometown Chicago.... More

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for a week in April and had a fantastic time. Our day trips were organized through the lodge as well and there wasn't much we would do differently. They cater to whatever your needs are, from your trip specifications to your dietary requirements. Breakfasts and dinner were all scrumptious to say the least.... More

After we had done a wonderful trip around the Galápagos Islands on a live-aboard boat, we wanted to have a few days to relax and explore a bit more of Santa Cruz Island before heading home. Galapagos Safari Camp was absolutely perfect, and we are so glad we spent the extra three nights there. I absolutely recommend it, and suggest... More

We usually stay in simple family hotels, but we knew we'd have a long journey to the Galapagos so we splashed out and spent our first two nights at the wonderful Galapagos Safari Camp. No regrets! It's a magical place. You step through the front door—welcomed with a perfect glass of fresh strawberry juice after many hours of travel—as if... More

We opted for this option on Galapagos because we had not had a safari camp experience and we wanted to be away from the busy port area. GSC was exactly what we wanted. Takes a little time to get there but it is worth it. The camp can only cater for some 30 people and the camp sites are far... More

If you stay on the mainland this is the place to stay. The food was incredible and the tents were beautifully furnished. The main lodge was a great place to have g&ts by the fire in the evening. As the camp is up on the mountains it can be a little cold but the hot water bottles in your bed... More

My journey to the Galapagos was very challenging, but as soon as I checked into the camp, the journey was all worth it. - the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My dates changed multiple times due to bad airline service and the camp was willing to work with me to rearrange my stay and tours. - the facilities was... More

This hotel/camp is beautiful. The common areas are incredible - very peaceful. The food is excellent and they are able to accommodate for kids as well. We went after a cruise so the activities were redundant at the hotel. I would just confirm what you will be doing on the cruise to make sure you have enough to do at... More

The location and service at this property is ideal. It is within hiking distance of the Giant Tortoise reserve and has an amazing sunset deck. The meals are awesome and it is hard to believe your luxurious bathroom and bedroom is in a tent. I only wish I could have stayed more than two nights. It is very close to... More
