I stayed with my son and his surfing friend two large bedrooms with 4 beds.Airconditioning..and two wall fans and WiFi and a mini fridge with plenty of hot water in the shower. Rooms were kept clean. Two large sitting areas to relax and socialize surrounded by beautiful flowering trees. Breakfast was simple but good with plenty of coffee and fresh... More

I enjoyed the stay at Mar Azul very much! The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was great. Very nice location and value! We didn't want to leave. San cristobal is beautiful and the people were extremely friendly and helpful. Mar Azul is somewhere that I would definitely stay again. Ps: Claudia is the best. -Dear John

Great experience! The staff was super helpful in helping me to arrange all the tours and super attentive to my needs. They got up early to make breakfast especially for me and the food and dining area was great! The rooms were clean and homey. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people travling to San Cristobal!

Your hotel was very easy to get to, in town and close to everything. It was quiet and clean and great value. We appreciated the water cooler and morning breakfast. We have already recommended your hotel to other friends that plan to visit. Claudia was most helpful in helping us find out way around and describing the various options for... More

A little hotel, on the Main Street of Sam cristobal. It's clean and complete. Own fridge, airco, hot shower and decent beds. A good place to stay a night or 2 before taking a cruise. The Galapagos Islas is a must see if you are in Ecuador. The nature and the landscape is so different from what I have seen... More

Places to stay in Galpagos are much more expensive than the mainland and therefore this hotel was a gem. The rooms run off an outside corridor (windows onto the corridor )and are a good size, clean and have a fridge .TV, A/C.Unbeknown to us the delightful owner of the hotel had sent a car to pick us up from the... I give this property a "very good", mostly for the great value here. The Señora who runs the hostel, and the office supply? store on the street front is very kind and helpful. We looked at a lot of other places for similar money, and they were either full(some we couldn't understand why), or just didn't stack up. Rooms are... More

As a college student on a low budget, this was simply exquisite. The two women who run the place are incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering up anything necessary. The rooms are cleaned daily (not spotless), and new towels and soap are given. We went in a big group during low season, so were able to get a lower price. The... More

For reason we had to move from our first hotel, and we picked this one and we will go back to it. For 10$ less per night, we got more comfort, like very clean ensuite room, including your soap, shampoo and towel, fridge in the room and a little lady always there all day to welcome you and inquiring how... This is indeed a 2 star hotel so expect 2 star amenities. Paid $65 per night per room. Rooms are OK size wise but very basic, almost back to student days. Small (Sat) TV, fan, airco. Bathroom also very basic. Breakfast is included but at a cafe nearby (good food when you get there). Free wireless in front lobby. No... More
