This hotel was fine. I particularly think its a little expensive to the level of the installations but overall it is a good hotel. The service is great! Friendly, helpful and very attentive personal. Ive seen other hotels in other islands with the same price but that are more attractive. The food is very good. We ate all meals in... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in the Presidential suite and had a blast. I dove Kicker rock and he fished with a fisherman set up by the hotel. They landed many tuna and wahoo and had a ball! Then Kathy at the hotel cooked the tuna for our dinner! Kathy was tremendous and treated us like family.... More

We stayed here during a family trip to San Cristobal. We were island hopping and doing day tours to explore the Galapagos. Our family only stayed here for a few nights, but we enjoyed it while we were here. Most important to us is the location - it is the best on the island, right on the pier with sea... More

It really has the best location in the island. Great view from the restaurant (not the rooms). It has a 3/5 gym if you are into that (basic stuff... It is the only gym in the island). The port is only a few steps away, and the advantage over the other hotels in the shore is that there is no... More

I loved the location - right down the street from Punta Carola for surfing and snorkeling and blue-footed booby watching. I also like to workout on vacation and they have the only gym on the island (so I'm told). The service was just average though. Some staff weren't very friendly, and we had to ask a few times for towels... More

We stayed here for 6 nights on a fishing trip since it is right across the street from where the fishing boats are docked. That is the main reason for staying here. We had one of the best rooms(#16) on the fourth floor up 6 flights of stairs with no elevator. Very tiring after a few days. The week we... More

Not a lot to choose from in San Cristóbol. It's not the Ritz, but it is serviceable. Restaurant is decent. As long as you just go to the room to take a shower and sleep, you'll be fine. Just don't expect to spend lots of time there. The gym is noisy! Shower was a little goofy, but it worked.

Absolutely worst experience! Dirty rooms (checked out 4 available rooms), flimsy walls with every sound coming in. Bathroom, with a faucet and toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Shower working only once in a while. Ants in the bathroom. Dirty bedding. Fitness center in the building with loud music until late hours. Party every night nearby until 3 am,... More

The location of the hotel was great, right on the water in the town. The bedrooms were big and cutely decorated but the bathroom was bad. Our shower dripped constantly, water leaked outside the shower through the ground and there was mildew buildup in the shower and surrounding area. The walls are paper thin and we could hear everyone's conversations... More

Family trip with REI and Ecuador Travel Group put us up here. Very disappointing, rooms very small, noisy since they were above the gym (clanging from 6pm to 10pm). Restaurant food was OK. Front desk personnel were polite. Pool cold Location is convenient
