We stayed in this hotel for the Easter in 2007. Rooms were clean, and the food was excellent. However, it is my impression that the furniture doesn't actually live up to 4 star hotel i.e. sort of outdated. The location of the hotel is great, but in Opatija everything is withing 10-15 minutes walk. more

We stayed in the Camellia building. The rooms are dumpy, furniture is worn and outdated. Carpeting is nice. And there is very little storage space, we were living out of our suitcases on the floor. We stayed in this hotel for 10 days in June 2007, no problems whatsoever with noise from local bars etc, once the balcony doors were shut, then very little noise at all.
